1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EarnStudies ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EarnStudies is a subscription-based platform that aggregates paid focus groups and research studies from multiple sources into one searchable dashboard. We do not conduct research studies ourselves; we help connect participants with research companies.

3. Accounts & Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription & Billing

  • EarnStudies offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial, a monthly subscription fee of $6.99/month applies.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the platform by automated means without permission.
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent the free trial or other limitations.
  • Share your subscription credentials with others.
  • Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.

6. Third-Party Content

EarnStudies aggregates study listings from third-party research companies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legitimacy of any specific study listing. We make reasonable efforts to verify sources but cannot be held liable for third-party actions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding on EarnStudies are owned by EarnStudies or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

EarnStudies is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EarnStudies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where EarnStudies is headquartered.
