1. Our Guarantee

EarnStudies is operated by Bluvera LLC. We want you to be happy with your subscription. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of any charge. We will refund your payment in full, no questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email us at [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, within 14 days of the charge you would like refunded. We will process your refund back to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

3. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard to stop all future charges. EarnStudies also includes a 3-day free trial, so you can cancel before the trial ends and pay nothing.

4. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for subscriptions purchased through Paddle. Refunds for those orders are processed in line with this policy.
